We had something messed up at the beginning of this trip, thus the first day trip had to be compacted. I only dipped into a few spots in the Redwoods National Park. Fern Canyon,  which I had been longing for long time, is a hidden gem in this park. I noticed that the road leading to this secluded destination is unpaved, but I didn't expect that we need to drive across several streams on the way. That's a real fun part. Other than that, I was surely not satisfied by the time we had in this park. I will come back soon.

Everyone got shocked on the first view of the Crater Lake. It's so simple blue. So pure that you might even wonder if it is true. For me, though it was the third time coming close to her, it's still a spiritual relief. At that moment, I knew I was happy about the trip and all my effort got rewarded by her sense of peace. If you only had time to visit one national park in this country, go ahead to the Crater Lake. It's a natural wonder that well-preserved till the next volcanic eruption.  

BTW: I haven't PS any photo of Crater Lake, by doing so you can know how incredible the lake is.
